Therm-Flow 4200 is a thermally conductive phase-change material that is solid flakes at room temperature and fluid beyond phase change softening temperatures, with excellent wettability and compressibility. The Therm-Flow 4200 can be cut into a variety of sizes according to customer requirements and can be attached between the heat sink and the power-consuming electronics. The product fills the gap between the heat sink to minimize thermal resistance. Therm-Flow 4200 has good thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, and excellent reliability.
